Hello Parents, 

We will begin our after school lifting starting on Tuesday, 9/10/24. We will be lifting every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 4-5 pm. So as of Tuesday, we will either run or wrestle period 6 and then lift from 4-5 pm. 

I want to make it clear that the 6-8 practices are completely optional since this is still pre season. They are highly encouraged, but not mandatory. Our mandatory practices will begin on November 4th when we begin our season.
